species: blue tongued skink (T. scincoides) estimated age: ~10 months? total length: ~12" March 2011: Al's foster dad reports, "Al has been out much more, does not just hide in his cave and also stays out when people come into the room." I arrived from the big animal seizure in TX! I was mostly likely bit on the back by a hungry cousin and I lost my tail tip as well. Still, I'm all healed, have a great appetite and am a calm skink!
